Hello!
Planning a trip to Disneyland, Walt Disney World or a Disney cruise?
One fun way to make the most of a Disney vacation is to pack a costume for your children to wear in the parks or at sea. It makes the trip extra special, ensures fun photos, and sparks fun memories every time the child wears the costume after the trip. Little Dress Up Shop at www.littledressupshop.com is my favorite place to find Disney-inspired costumes for my kids.
Here's Why
We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Disneyland several years ago. Before the trip, I wanted to buy a princess costume for her to wear on her birthday in the park. She had owned a couple of cute princess costumes from Walmart and Target, but they couldn't be washed and weren't heavy duty enough for a Disney parks trip. I considered the beautiful dresses that are sold in the parks and in the Disney store, but they seemed delicate and expensive.
I wanted an costume that was
- adorable,
- affordable,
- lightweight for summer,
- durable and
- machine washable.
Little Dress Up Shop had everything on my list, plus free shipping and impressive customer service. Being sturdy and lightweight, the costume was easy to pack. My daughter felt like a princess in her Jasmine costume at Disneyland.
After Our Trip
We were so pleased with the Jasmine costume that we ordered a Rapunzel costume from Little Dress Up Shop the next Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I was ironing the costume and noticed a small tear in the skirt. I called Little Dress Up Shop on the next business day and the company exceeded my expectations in making it right. We soon added Winter Belle to our Little Dress Up Shop collection.
My daughter wore her Little Dress Up Shop costumes indoors, outdoors and occasionally to bed. Little Dress Up Shop costumes are made from soft, stretchy fabrics and trims that pull easily over the child's head and won't itch. When my daughter grew out of her dresses, they were still in good condition, so we donated them to younger cousins and neighbors who loved them a second time.
Little Dress Up Shop has a large selection of princess and fairy dresses, starting at $30. Bundle pricing is available if you order multiple dresses, and everyone gets free shipping. You can also find accessories such as wands, crowns, wings, puffy slips and matching doll dresses. Little Dress Up Shop has comfortable, easy-care costumes for boys too. Choose from Star Wars, super heroes, pirates and more.

You are right that bringing a princess costume to Disneyland makes the experience so much more enjoyable for a little girl. When our daughter was two and a half she loved feeling like a princess in the park.
