Hey there!

My family loves LEGOLAND Florida. As if we needed extra reasons to visit this theme park designed around a kid’s wants and needs – here are 7 events in 2018 that just might give you an extra incentive to go.

All event activities are included in a normal theme park admission. My kids and I have personally been to NINJAGO Days, Star Wars Days, Brick or Treat and the Christmas Bricktacular, so I can say without a doubt these special events are fun filled with extra special LEGO activities.

LEGO NINJAGO Days

We went to the opening day of LEGO NINJAGO Days this year. And like many of the other special events we have attended, it did not disappoint. From the cool “sushi” to the special NINJA shows having fun at LEGOLAND was taken to an extra level during the NINJAGO days.

Dates: Jan. 20-21, 27-28, and Feb. 3-4

Runners race their way through the different areas of LEGOLAND Florida, including the famous Cypress Gardens area, followed at 8 a.m. with a half-mile “fun run” for kids. Christmas Bricktacular

Have some unique Christmas fun by decking the halls with giant LEGOS! We went last year and my kids loved all the fun photo ops, including a giant LEGO wreath and a life-size LEGO Santa, reindeer and sleigh. THe 30-foot-tall LEGO Christmas tree makes for a memorable Christmas card photo too. Plus the holiday-themed scavenger hunt in Miniland was a real treat!

Kids’ New Year’s Party

LEGOLAND Florida believes that New Year’s Eve celebrations are not just for adults. Kids get to shake their bottoms at dance parties, set goals for 2019 and watch an amazing fireworks show. And if you go on December 31st then you can have some extra NYE fun with a “brick drop.” THis is the ultimate way to celebrate the New Year with your family!
